General Terms and Conditions

  • The above items are performed under the service and any additional work and or parts replaced are additional in both time and cost.

  • Its is recommended that all loose items such at lights/bags/ etc be removed and taken to be kept by yourself for safe keeping.

  • The bicycle is not insured on the property and Raceworx Bouteque cannot be held responsabile for the theft or damage whilst the bicycle is on the property.

  • The Chain, Chainrings and rear Cassette for a cohesive drive train unit - Chain replacement without replacement of the other two components can result in bad changing - We highly recommend changing the rear cassette and chain if either are worn.

  • All effort is taken in the service including a test ride after the service, customer must determine if they are satisfied with work done and outcome of replaced parts.

  • Worn parts/ damaged frames and or any part that the customer does not want attended to might cause problematic issues to occur, the onus is on the customer in such cases to accept liability.

I accept that the service to the best of my knowledge is performed to my satisfaction.

I have checked that the bike is:

Note: When collecting the bike without conducting a test at the time of collection, the owner acknowledges that all work specified in the service agreement has been satisfactorily completed. Payment for the service will constitute the owner's acceptance of the completed work, and no claims or recourse can be made after the bike has been collected.
